Encourage students to view a range of texts at home, while engaging with parents and caregivers and developing the General Capabilities.
Activities that correspond to each text highlight aspects of the General Capabilities and encourage students to share their ideas with one another.
I will be using the Texts at Home Bingo card with my Year 10 English class next term and posting the activities on a forum for students to share their ideas.
